The University Authority established the Student Financial Aid Office (SFAO) on 28th October, 2007 in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission Islamabad to provide financial help to the needy and deserving student of the University.

The mission of the SFAO is:

to provide prospective and enrolled students with information and resources to financially support their educational goals.
to provide services in a timely, equitable and caring manner, with full support of the students and University employees.
to provide you with several personalized online services and forms to assist you.
to help the students to build their educational career at GC University Faisalabad.

Procedure of Fee Concession Fee concession will be granted to the following categories of the students:

Deserving Students
Teacher’s Son/ Daughter
Brother/Sister Concession
Hafiz-e-Quran
Sportsman
Govt. employees

The Chairperson/Director/Incharges of the teaching departments and Principals of the constituent / affiliated colleges are authorized to recommend the applications of the students for fee concession.

100% Fee Concession in tuition fee to the wards of the University Employees.
100% Fee Concession in tuition fee to the University Employees who are studying in GC University Faisalabad.
40% in tuition fee for Government and semi Government institution

Scholarships The Govt. is awarding the following scholarships to the students of the universities:

Killa Gift Scholarship
Quaid-e-Azam Scholarship
Mora Scholarship
District Council Scholarship
Chief Minister Scholarship
Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal Scholarship
University Position Holder Scholarship

The deserving Muslim students will be able to get stipends from ‘Provincial Zakat Fund’. Interested students should get an eligibility proof from the elected representative of the area and submit the application to the Zakat and Usher Committee Officer after getting it attested by the Assistant Registrar (FAO), GC University, Faisalabad. Higher Education Commission, Islamabad, is also providing:

Need Based Scholarships like USAID for meritorious and needy students of Pharmacy and Bio-Informatics
Japanese Need Based Scholarships to the students of Basic Sciences and Social Sciences at graduate level.
