Applying for Admission
Prospectus are available from the Admission Office of Faisalabad Institute of Textile & Fashion Design; New Civil Lines, Faisalabad, on payment of Rs. 500/-. Candidates should apply through “Application form” available with the Prospectus. Out-station candidates can avail Institute Prospectus along with Application Form through courier by sending a bank-draft or postal-order of Rs. 550/- payable to “Faisalabad Institute of Textile & Fashion Design”. International students should send the appropriate number of International reply coupons to receive the Prospectus by airmail.

Application forms along with attested photocopies of all the required documents mentioned in the “Check List” on the back of form, should be submitted to Admission Office in person or through couriers. Documents in support of additional qualification obtained (if any) should also be attached.

• Copy of Matriculation/ Equivalent Certificate
• Copy of Intermediate/ Equivalent Certificate
• Copy of Bachelor’s Degree ( For Master Programs Only)
• Copy of Character Certificate
• Letter of Recommendation
• Copy of NIC
• 5 Recent Passport Size Photographs
• Original Copy of NOC from Previous University ( for Master Programs Only)
• Any Additional Certificate
